DRUMMING ALBUMS
Drum Spirit Medicine Journey is the first of four albums, drumming and chanting around the sacred 20 count. Jana takes you on a magical, musical journey around the first five rhythms of the Medicine Wheel - every track is ten minutes long to give you an opportunity to really practice drumming and chanting and fully experience each energy and rhythm. It can also be used for personal vision questing.

The second album in the Drum Spirit drum journeys around the Medicine Wheel is now available. 'Soul Journey' takes you through the next five rhythms, from six to ten - from ancestors to higher self. This is a beautiful album, with a soothing blend of vocals, drums and keyboards - each track is ten minutes long, which gives you a chance to really practice each of these higher rhythms and journey with the higher vibrational energies.

CHANTING ALBUMS
An album of beautiful Native American sacred chants, which reflect and celebrate our connection to the wheel of life. The Medicine Wheel is an ancient symbol of the totality of life, of cycles, seasons, elements and the four worlds of Grandmother Earth. There are 20 sacred chants on this new CD, ranging from 'Birthing Song' to 'The Raven Chant' - it is made with great respect and acknowledgment of the tribal wisdom from which they originate. GODDESS ALBUMS
This ultimate album of Goddess chants is a compilation of all Jana's early Goddess chants from 1985-99. It is a classic collection of beautiful songs and chants which empower and enrich our lives with a deeper understanding of the depth of the Sacred Feminine. It includes such well-known chants as: 'We all Come from Goddess', 'Artemis', 'Brighde our Lady' and many other magical songs.
This is a fabulous collection of pagan chants and songs which are suitable to learn for all occasions - circles, rituals, ceremonies and celebrations. CHAKRA CHANTING
 This new up-dated version of guided breathing exercises and toning through the chakras is a fabulous self-help guide to clearing and activating the energy centres in the body. Jana leads you through each chakra, track by track, with guided breathing instructions and a 'tone' or vowel sound for each energy centre.? This is followed by a short piece of meditation music and then seven chants which start at the crown chakra and finish at the root.

This album is a beautiful blend of Jana's voice, flute-playing and keyboard drones. It takes you on a meditation journey through the chakras, chanting to different Hindu Gods and Goddesses, including Ganesh, Saraswati, Tara, Hanuman and Shiva. It has a very dreamy quality to it which takes the listener deep into the magical world of Sanskrit chanting. It is, in a sense, a spiritual training tool, because it is an introduction to Sanskrit mantra chanting as a daily meditation practice.
