Welcome to the Drum Spirit Medicine Journey.  Jana Runnalls offers a spiritual drumming method which can enable you to see what is going on within yourself and others, as well as experiencing deep healing, empowerment and transformation.

Using the Medicine Wheel as a compass to the Map of Life, we can navigate around our perceptions of reality with our drumming. It is a wheel of protection which enables us to enter into ceremonial spaces to commune with Spirit, Self and Nature.

The Drum Spirit Medicine Journey calls upon the ancient wisdom of the Native American teachings combined with the ancestral knowledge of our European Druidic and Wiccan traditions. A beautiful spiritual focus is created as we each learn to take our power with our drums and honour our individual place on the wheel of life.
